In the Summer of 2016 this was where my ETAD journey began. I was excited to get started with designing multimedia resources. From the feedback from my peers who were taking this course at the end of their Masters, they were very excited to be finally applying the theory they have been learning to construction of products they could use.

Dr. Parchoma lead us through step by step assignments over the term that helped us to design high quality resources for our final product. The five assignments I designed are listed on the right. I was completing this project during my summer vacation to the Vancouver Island to see family, so some of my assignments were themed on my travels (see Assignment 5 - Virtual Tour). It was fun juggling 3 young kids on vacation, family time and my masters' commitments during this time.

For my final project I was very interested in designing a stand-alone web page that would assist grade 7 math students with learning about expressions and equations.

I really enjoyed this class as it was exactly the applied course I was wanting from the ETAD program.
